You can write Visual Basic code (VB Script) to create a popup window that opens upon opening Excel. Here is the result: (Click to enlarge)
If you have a lot of data and don't want to have to interrupt the columns to place a chart, I can create a "Legend Button" to define your data. See example below: (Click twice to view it's original size.)
